Mass concentration and isotopic values δ13C and 14C are presented for the water-insoluble refractory carbon(WIRC) component of total suspended particulates(TSP),collected weekly during 2003,as well as from October 2005 to May 2006 at the WMO-GAW Mt.Waliguan(WLG) site.The overall average WIRC mass concentration was(1183±120)ng/m3(n = 79),while seasonal averages were 2081 ±1707(spring),454±205(summer),650±411(autumn),and 1019±703(winter) ng/m3.Seasonal variations in WIRC mass concentrations were consistent with black carbon measurements from an aethalometer,although WIRC concentrations were typically higher,especially in winter and spring.The δ13C PDB value(-25.3 ± 0.8)%.determined for WIRC suggests that its sources are C3 biomass or fossil fuel combustion.No seasonal change in δ13C PDB was evident.The average percent Modern Carbon(pMC) for 14C in WIRC for winter and spring was(67.2 ± 7.7)%(n = 29).Lower pMC values were associated with air masses transported from the area east of WLG,while higher pMC values were associated with air masses from the Tibetan Plateau,southwest of WLG.Elevated pMC values with abnormally high mass concentrations of TSP and WIRC were measured during a dust storm event. 相似文献

随着能源紧缺与环境污染问题的日益严重,太阳能的开发利用越来越受到重视,其中非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池由于其制备工艺简单、价格低廉等优点被广泛地研究.为了使非晶硅薄膜太阳能电池得到更好地利用,提高其转换效率和稳定性显得尤为重要.引入复合背电极是提高非晶硅太阳能电池性能的有效手段,其中对GZO/Al复合背电极的研究还未见报道.在该工作中,利用磁控溅射法在非晶硅电池上制备了GZO/Al复合背电极,研究了复合背电极的制备条件及其对非晶硅太阳能电池性能的影响.结果显示,当GZO层的溅射功率为90 W、Al层的溅射功率为90 W时,具有复合背电极的太阳能电池表现出较好的光电转换性能,其短路电流(ISC)、开路电压(VOC)、填充因子(FF)和电池的光电转换效率(η)分别为8.92 mA、1.55 V、54.48;和7.53;.相较于单层Al背电极的太阳能电池,其光电转换效率大幅提高了47.6;(相对效率). 相似文献

miRNA (miR)-155 is a potential biomarker for breast cancers. We aimed at developing a nanosensor for miR-155 detection by integrating hybridization chain reaction (HCR) and silver nanoclusters (AgNCs). HCR serves as an enzyme-free and isothermal amplification method, whereas AgNCs provide a built-in fluorogenic detection probe that could simplify the downstream analysis. The two components were integrated by adding a nucleation sequence of AgNCs to the hairpin of HCR. The working principle was based on the influence of microenvironment towards the hosted AgNCs, whereby unfolding of hairpin upon HCR has manipulated the distance between the hosted AgNCs and cytosine-rich toehold region of hairpin. As such, the dominant emission of AgNCs changed from red to yellow in the absence and presence of miR-155, enabling a ratiometric measurement of miR with high sensitivity. The limit of detection (LOD) of our HCR-AgNCs nanosensor is 1.13 fM in buffered solution. We have also tested the assay in diluted serum samples, with comparable LOD of 1.58 fM obtained. Lithium-sulfur batteries (LSBs) with high energy density and low cost have been recognized as one of the most promising next-generation energy storage systems. Although it has taken decades of development, the practical application of LSBs has been hindered by several inherent obstacles, particularly the severe shuttle effect and sluggish reaction kinetics in the sulfur cathode. Various strategies have been proposed to address these problems via rational design of electrode materials and configurations. Freestanding sulfur cathode could be a promising strategy to improve the sulfur mass loading at the cathode level and energy density of LSBs. This minireview will briefly summary the recent advances in freestanding cathodes for LSBs. The advantages and disadvantages of various freestanding cathodes are discussed and the prospects for the development of flexible cathodes are envisioned. 相似文献
